When planning any event, the end goal is to always make it extra special. Good news—we at The Parched Pony Mobile Bar are here to help. Not only will we bring our vintage mobile bar to your event, it’ll be equipped with a professional staff and all the amenities that will be sure to give your guests an experience they’ll not soon forget.
Our focus is serving your guests stylish, specialized cocktails, draft beer utilizing a state-of-the art system, and your choice of wine.

WE PROVIDE
Consultation: We will discuss and plan all details prior to your event
Mobile Bar & Service: Our custom bar is capable of serving beer (draft, bottles or cans), specialty cocktails and wine for up to five hours (not including set up).
Bartenders: Our certified, friendly and professional bartenders will ensure a superior level of service
Supplies: We provide all of the ice, drinkware (cups, straws, napkins), mixers & garnishes.
YOU PROVIDE
Alcohol: PA law prohibits us from buying and selling alcohol, so this means there is no mark up to our clients and you can serve the menu at your cost, which is a huge savings opportunity.
COVID-19 UPDATE
While the Covid-19 pandemic continues to change the way people interact and socialize, outdoor events and engagements are becoming more popular. Our bar is a perfect complement to this trend and allows clients to safely continue to have a great time with an outdoor “bar environment” and maintain a fun but classy vibe and experience. We staff highly-professional, RAMP-certified bartenders and carry comprehensive liquor liability insurance policies to protect both guests and clients.

Do you have a liquor license?
In Pennsylvania, a mobile bar is not required to obtain a liquor license because we’re not purchasing and selling alcohol; YOU ARE, we’re just serving it!
Is the Parched Pony insured?
Absolutely! We carry both Liquor and General Liability insurance—this pony is legit!
What type of events can you do?
We cover any and all events; if you need drinks served, we can help. From weddings and showers to birthdays, graduations and corporate events, The Parched Pony Mobile Bar will ensure your guests an unforgettable experience.
How far will you travel?
The Parched Pony’s stable resides in the 15370 Zip Code, and any event within a 30-mile radius is included with the booking. However, beyond that is $2.50 per mile.
Do you need electricity?
Yes, we would need to be parked within 100 feet of a 110v outlet so that we can utilize all of the features of the Parched Pony Mobile Bar. If outlets are not available, renting a quiet generator will be an additional fee.
